Spencer Nally

President/Founder

Spence is a devoted husband and father of two. He’s your typical guy who loves watching sports, spending time with his kids and family, as well as his two beloved dogs. His world was quickly turned upside down in 2023, when he was diagnosed with testicular cancer. The diagnosis was both shocking and overwhelming, but it forced him to slow down and reevaluate what truly matters in life.

For over 11 years, Spence has shared his passion for sports by coaching his son’s soccer team and instilling the values of teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship in young athletes. His commitment to the sport and his community has earned him deep respect both on and off the field.

Motivated by his personal experience, Spence founded The Ball Player’s Club, a men's health foundation dedicated to raising awareness, providing education, and offering support for testicular cancer, prostate cancer, and men’s mental health. Through the foundation, Spence is determined to break the stigma surrounding men’s health issues and ensure no one has to face their struggles alone.

Spence's work is guided by a core set of values: empathy, honesty, humility, trust, and professionalism. These principles shape everything he does—from coaching young athletes to leading his foundation. He continues to inspire others and lead by example, proving that with the right mindset and support, any challenge can be overcome.

Peter Bradshaw

Chief Marketing Officer

Peter has been working with people building relationships and making connections for over 2 decades in his roles in sales and business development. While he prides himself on maintaining a level of professionalism, his strength has always been working with people in a consultative way making people feel calm, trusting and comfortable around him. Peter is the Vice President of National Accounts for AGAT Laboratories, as well as a small business owner co-owning

Cherni Site Maintenance.

While he prides himself on his work, the reason for everything he does is his 2 daughters! He’s a very involved father and loves staying active, either chasing his kids around whatever kinds of activities they get up to, or jump on his bicycle and escape for a couple of hours.

When Spencer approached him with the news of his diagnosis and idea of The Ball Player's Club, it was a pretty easy decision to help. Peter had met Spencer when they worked together back in 2012, and they’ve been good friends ever since. Peter has been involved with sports his entire life, from soccer, baseball, hockey, snowboarding, badminton, tennis, cycling, and more, so involving sports in the concept behind the foundation made perfect sense.
