A longtime friend of Spencer’s, he is committed to helping The Ball Player’s Club advance its mission of supporting men’s health. Based in St. Albert with his wife and daughter, Josh is an avid hockey enthusiast who values staying active year-round.

Chief Technology Officer
Jason Suriano has over 23 years of experience in technology, product development, and entrepreneurship.
An author and founder, he has built platforms that combine creativity and technology to make learning and digital transformation more accessible. A devoted husband and father, he is passionate about using technology to help grow the foundation’s impact and reach.

Spencer Nally
President/ Founder
Spencer Nally founded The Ball Player’s Club after his own testicular cancer diagnosis in 2023, with the goal of raising awareness and support for men’s health.
A devoted husband, father, and long-time youth soccer coach, he brings values of teamwork, empathy, and perseverance to everything he does. Spencer is committed to breaking the stigma around men’s health and ensuring no one faces their journey alone.

Chris Martens
Vice President
As Vice President of The Ball Player’s Club, Chris Martens focuses on education, fundraising, and raising awareness for men’s health.
With over 15 years in the public sector, he has helped build community-focused projects and supports small and BIPOC businesses. Inspired by personal mental health challenges and a friend’s cancer diagnosis, Chris brings his skills and passion to advancing the foundation’s mission.

Peter Bradshaw
Chief Marketing Officer
Peter brings over 20 years of experience in sales and business development, where he has built trusted relationships.
Currently VP of National Accounts at AGAT Laboratories and a small business owner, Peter joined The Ball Player’s Club after longtime friend Spencer shared his vision. A lifelong sports enthusiast and devoted father of two, he is passionate about using his skills to help grow the foundation’s impact.

Chris Nelson
Chief Operating Officer
A lifelong friend of founder Spencer Nally, Chris joined inspired by Spencer’s journey and his own family’s experiences with mental health and cancer.
A University of Alberta Mechanical Engineering graduate, Chris leads engineering and projects for Edmonton’s LRT System, living with his wife and four children, Chris is dedicated to advancing the foundation’s mission of raising awareness and support for men’s health.
